Now here is some clever marketing. MotoGP touches down at COTA in Austin, Texas in a mere couple of weeks drawing thousands of spectators and gear heads. Whether or not you are mechanically inclined, you have an opportunity to take in the artistry of bike building by hand. No assembly line models. These bikes are hand crafted from the frame up and deserve the same appreciation that the manufactured pocket rockets of the circuit do. The builders are synonymous to the Grand Prix riders. Experts in their field and artists in their craft.
Speaking of art, a carefully curated selection of art from the Oil & Ink Print Expo with motorcycle-themed prints will be on display as well as REV’IT!, commissioned local artists’ customized gloves and the brand new 2015 Urban Collection plus a variety of additional art.
Brought to you by Revival Cycles and Moto Guzzi, there will be a showcase of vintage road racers, modern customs and a bit of everything in between.
If that doesn’t excite you, maybe the names Roland Sands, Walt Siegl, Fuller Moto, Deus Ex Machina, Shinya Kimura, Analog Cycles do.
If you are a cafe racer fan, come check out the new Guzzi V7 Kits and the latest pre-production models.
If you have yet to get to Sturgis and see the American Motordrome Wall of Death – it will be there too performing every hour on the hour free.
Show hours are Friday, April 10: 6PM – 1AM; Saturday, April 11: 12PM – 1AM and Sunday, April 12: 10AM – 5PM.
