2012 ISDE announces two Canadian Teams

The International Six Days Enduro is being held in Saxony, Germany in September.

February 28 marked the official announcement of accepted participants and Canada is offering two teams.

The Canadian men’s club team is comprised of Patrick Tremblay (Quebec), Brad Winchell (B.C.) and Mark Dzikowski (Alberta). All riders are competitive in their sport and although they will be meeting for the first time upon arrival in Germany, all are confident that they are a good fit to represent Canada.

The Canadian women’s trophy team is comprised of Victoria Hett (B.C.), Almeda Rive (Alberta) – former 2010 teammates at the ISDE in Morellia, Mexico and newcomer to the team Amber Giroux (Alberta). The three have been fundraising, training and making plans for quite some time. Victoria and Almeda bring with them the knowledge of the competition from 2010 where the race was called on the fifth day due to drug lord violence. Both are looking forward to competing in Germany and utilizing their previous knowledge to go for the gold!
