A quick note on the recent recall to keep you up to date:  Victory recently became aware of three reports of loose handlebar clamps on Model Year 2011 Cross Country motorcycles in the US.  In each of these instances, the condition was observed and corrected by the dealer during the dealer set-up process.  No accidents or injuries have been reported.  Nonetheless, Victory recognized that this condition, if undected and uncorrected during dealer set-up, could potentially cause an operator to lose control.  For this reason, Victory issued on a recall on all potentially affected MY 2011 Cross Country motorcycles to have each of these motorcycles inspected for loose handlebar clamps.  In the event this condition is detected, it will be corrected at no cost to the owner.  Victory takes the safety of its riders and its legal reporting obligations seriously, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation with this process.  Please call Victory at 1-888-704-5290 if you have any questions regarding this process.
